Meet the Team
Experts in giving your children the best start

Mel is the manager and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. She was previously a care and support worker for vulnerable adults. She has managed the School wraparound Club since 2018.

Julie worked 1:1 with children with additional needs in Primary School. She has a level three qualification in Supporting teaching and learning in Schools.

Jess joined the team as an A level student. She continues to work part time whilst deciding the direction her career will take.

Philippa worked as a receptionist at the GP surgery in Swanland for many years. She is a very well-known person in our village!

Violet joined the team when she was an A level student and continues to work part time whilst taking the time to decide the direction her career will take.

Lynda has joined the team as a Wraparound assistant, Lynda worked as a lunchtime supervisor at Swanland School and more recently as an early years assistant.


Katharine worked in Personal Injury Law and then at Building Bricks Pre School in Swanland for 10 years. She has childcare and autism qualifications. Katharine owns the provision and is the Special Educational Needs Coordinator and Safeguarding Lead.
